Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 12 eggs, beaten, 1 cup linden blossom leaves
  • 100 ml cream, whipped
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of vanilla powder
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp orange blossom water

Instructions

Working time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

Whisk together the eggs, salt, vanilla, sugar, and orange blossom water. Heat the butter in a pan, add the mixture, and stir gently until the egg mixture is almost plum-soft. Now fold in the flower petals and whipped cream. Serve immediately with toast or toast melba. Pair with a latte café or similar milky coffee for an exceptional breakfast with plenty of flavor.
