Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 eggs, size L
- 1 tbsp ghee or cooking oil
- 80 g diced ham

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
hearty and savory
Heat the fat in a nonstick pan, but not too hot. Crack the eggs one at a time into the pan and immediately add 20g of diced ham to each egg white while it’s still runny. Fry the eggs slowly until done. Very simple, but with a twist, a fried egg.
