Ham, Egg and Rice Pan

The perfect ham, egg and rice pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • 1 tbsp Butter or herb butter
  • 300 g Cooked rice
  • 150 g Cooked ham
  • 3 Pc. Eggs
  • 1 tsp Curry powder
  • 1 tbsp Chopped parsley, chives or basil
  • 1 Msp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 0,5 tsp Vegetable broth powder
  1. Peel the onion and cut very finely. Fry in the melted butter in a pan. Add the cooked rice and diced ham. Fry everything briefly over medium heat, then slide it to the edge of the pan.
  2. Beat the eggs in the free side of the pan and stir. Let it set until it looks like scrambled eggs, then mix with the rice. Stir in herbs, curry powder, salt, pepper and vegetable stock powder and the dish is ready.
