Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 tbsp buckwheat +
- 4 tbsp corn kernels +
- 4 tbsp brown rice +
- 4 tbsp millet +
- 4 tbsp amaranth +
- 4 tbsp lentils, red +
- 10 grains of pepper, ground
- 250 g apples
- 250 g quark
- 150 g cheese, goat cheese, coarsely grated
- 1 tsp salt (seasoning salt)
- 1 tsp cane sugar
- 2 eggs
- 300 ml mineral water, carbonated
- Oil (rapeseed oil)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix all dry ingredients together. Grate the apples around the semolina, then add the quark, cheese, egg, and water to the flour mixture and mix well. Pour into two oiled frying pans and spread evenly. Cover and bake at medium heat. After about 35 minutes, when the surface no longer sticks when tapped, place a board or similar object on the pan, hold it in place, and flip it over. Slide the cake off the board and back into the pan. Bake for another 10-15 minutes. This is plenty for two big eaters.
