Ham egg on toast

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 slice(s) ham, raw
  • 2 tsp butter
  • pepper
  • 8 eggs
  • 8 slices of toast
  • 1 jar Pusztasalat (Ready-made product)
  • 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp mustard (medium hot)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Sprinkle the ham slices with pepper and fry briefly in butter. Pour the eggs over the slices and let them set. Place the mixture on the pre-toasted bread slices. Mix the salad with ketchup and mustard and serve separately as a garnish with the toast.
