Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g gnocchi
  • 125 g diced ham
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 shallot(s)
  • pepper
  • Herbs, dried, to taste

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Place a pot of salted water and a frying pan on the stove and turn on the heat. While the pan is heating, dice the shallot. Add the shallot and diced ham to the pan and fry. Once the water is boiling, add the gnocchi. Add the sour cream and about 100 ml of water to the diced ham and shallot, and season with pepper and herbs. Drain the gnocchi and toss with the sauce.
