Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s), finely diced
  • 2 large potatoes, diced
  • bacon, streaky, diced
  • some oil
  • 1 bag of peas, frozen
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. Nutmeg
  • 1 pack of processed cheese
  • some cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Briefly fry the diced onion, potato, and bacon in hot oil in a soup pot. Add the frozen peas and pour in the vegetable stock. Let the soup simmer for 30 minutes and season with spices. Purée, then stir in the processed cheese and a little cream.
