Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g sausage (ham sausage)
- 300 g tagliatelle pasta
- salt water
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cube of meat broth
- salt and pepper
- Parmesan
- Breadcrumbs (Weckmehl)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the tagliatelle in salted water according to the package instructions. Prepare 1/4 liter of meat broth, add the sour cream, and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the ham sausage into small cubes. Combine the pasta, ham sausage, and sauce in a bowl and mix well. Transfer everything to a baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and flour. Bake for 3/4 to 1 hour at 180°C (350°F).
