  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • some pepper
  • 4 rolls (hamburger buns, whole grain)
  • 1 small head of iceberg lettuce

  • 4 slice(s) of tomato(s)
  • 4 tbsp ketchup
  • some remoulade
  • 1 shot of mineral water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

reduced-fat

Mix the ground beef with the diced onion and season with the spices (add a splash of mineral water). Form the meat mixture into flat patties. Then fry or grill them in a little oil. This way, the heat comes from above and the fat runs to the bottom, reducing the fat. Brown the hamburgers. Meanwhile, toast the hamburger buns. Top with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, a little remoulade, and a dash of ketchup. Then place the patties on top and a slice of cheese on top.
