Hamburger MB-suitable

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 portion of minced turkey
  • 1 serving of vegetables (lettuce, bell pepper, gherkin, shallots, tomato)
  • 4 slice(s) bread(s) (whole grain rye bread)
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 tbsp oil, optional from the 3rd week

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, and sweet paprika powder, then mix well with the finely chopped parsley. Knead for at least 5 minutes; the high protein content in the turkey mince will hold the meat together well, even without the egg. Form two equal-sized and one mini meatball from the mince and press them flat. Fry in a non-stick pan in broth until golden brown. From the third week onwards, you can also use 1 tablespoon of oil. In the meantime, toast the rye bread slices and then top with lettuce, bell peppers, gherkins, shallots, and tomatoes. Serve with the ground beef as a burger. Start the meal with the mini meatballs.
