Hamburger (Patties)
The perfect hamburger (patties) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 kg Ground beef
- 8 tsp Worcester sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mix the minced meat with the spices and season to taste. From the mass 16 meatballs á 125gr forms and then press them flat. I prepared the patties the day before grilling and after shaping them, I packed them in cling film and froze them. So you can remove the patties individually. Simply place the frozen patties on the grill and fry them on both sides until they are nice and brown. It is advisable to weigh down the patties with a plate while frying, otherwise they will lose their shape.
