Hamburger Whiskers (zabaione and Ice Cream)

- 6 Pc. Egg yolk
- 100 ml Marsala
- 400 ml Whole milk
- 400 ml Cream
- 300 g Sugar
- 4 Pc. Chocolate Cookies
- 1 Pc. Vanilla pod
- Mix 1 egg yolk, cream, 150 g sugar and the contents of a vanilla pod to form a batter. Break the cookies into small pieces and add them at the end. Freeze on ice, beat 5 egg yolks in a bowl in a hot water bath until frothy, add sugar, marsala and milk while stirring. Arrange a scoop of ice cream and the foam cream in separate vessels on a plate.
