Turkey Gratin with Vegetables
The perfect turkey gratin with vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Turkey breast
- 1 piece Paprika
- 200 g Fresh vegetables I had cauliflower and some leek
- 1 small Chopped onion
- 1 toe Chopped garlic
- 200 g Spelled pasta
- Parsley chopped fresh
- Salt, pepper from the mill
- 3 small Chilli fresh
- 1 cups Sour cream
- 150 g Grated cheese
- Rapeseed oil
- Bring the water to the boil with a little salt and cook the pasta until al dente.
- Fry the onion in a little rapeseed oil, add the finely chopped meat and roast.
- Bring the water to a boil with a little salt, cook the cauliflower florets al dente and strain.
- Now add the cauliflower to the seared meat, the chopped peppers, the garlic and the chopped leek and let roast briefly. Whisk the sour cream and add. Season with salt, pepper and parsley.
- Strain the pasta and stir it into the meat-vegetable-sour cream mixture.
- Grease a casserole dish with rapeseed oil and distribute the mixture evenly, sprinkle the grated cheese over it.
- Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove 200 degrees / rotation 175 degrees, gas level 3) for 15-20 minutes until the cheese has melted nicely and has some color.
- Cut into portions and serve with a crispy salad. ENJOY THE MEAL
