Harissa chicken from the oven

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1.1 kg chicken thighs or a whole chicken, cut into 6 pieces
  • 5 tsp harissa
  • 2 tsp honey
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes

Mix harissa with honey and brush it over the chicken. Cover and let it rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Roast in the oven at 180°C for 1 hour. Brush with oil occasionally to keep the meat moist and the skin crispy.
