Dice the cheese, ham, and drained pineapple rings. Add the yogurt and mix. Season to taste with mustard, salt, and pepper. A healthy and fruity start to the day, perfect for athletes, as this salad is very high in protein and low in fat. Tastes great with fresh rolls.
