Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g chicken breast
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 onions
- 500 g mushrooms, fresh
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- ¼ liter meat broth
- 4 tbsp crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped

Cut the meat into small cubes and brown in 2 tablespoons of butter. Peel and finely chop the onions, and sauté them in the remaining butter until translucent. Finely slice the mushrooms, add them to the onions, and fry for 5 minutes. Mix the meat and vegetables, add the tomato paste, pour in the broth, and bring to a boil. Simmer for 25 minutes. Finally, stir in the crème fraîche and sprinkle with parsley. Ladle into warmed soup bowls and serve with farmhouse bread.
