Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 can pineapple, in pieces
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Chop the chicken breast into small pieces and fry. Add the diced onion and garlic cloves and simmer for 10 minutes. Peel and chop the tomatoes and add the pineapple to the pan and simmer for another 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Add the cream and bring to a boil briefly. Serve with rice.
