- 150 g natural yogurt
- 20 g desiccated coconut
- 130 g milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Peel the banana, roughly chop it, and place it in a blender. Add the desiccated coconut, yogurt, and milk and blend for about 2 minutes. Pour into glasses and enjoy. This recipe is perfect for the Thermomix, but it also works with a blender.
