Hawaiian meatballs

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 roll
  • 350 g minced meat
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp basil
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 30 g margarine
  • 4 slices of pineapple
  • 4 slices of processed cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Chop the onion, mix with the soaked bread roll, ground beef, egg, basil, salt, and pepper. Form 4 meatballs and fry in half of the margarine. Fry the pineapple rings in the remaining margarine. Place them on the meatballs. Top with cheese and bake for three minutes. Serve with white bread or mashed potatoes and lettuce.
