Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g pasta
- 400 g Kasseler cold cuts
- 1 can of pineapple
- 1 can/n peas
- 400 ml cream
- 200 g cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Cook the pasta until tender. Dice the smoked pork. Combine all ingredients, along with a little pineapple juice, in a baking dish and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake at 160°C (320°F) for about 40 to 50 minutes. Stir occasionally.
