baked ciabatta rolls with cooked ham and pineapple

Halve the rolls. Combine the sour cream, cream, and chopped ham in a bowl with the pineapple pieces, cheese, salt, pepper, and a pineapple dressing. Season with mayonnaise to taste. Spread the filling on the rolls, about a large tablespoon of the sour cream mixture on each half. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about 20-25 minutes. Tip: You can prepare the filling in the morning and keep it refrigerated until ready to bake, so it will be well-seasoned!
