Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg white, beaten to snow
  • 50 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 40 g sugar
  • 25 g breadcrumbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

taste almost like Ferero made from egg whites

Combine the egg whites with the remaining ingredients, form small balls (about 18), place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake at 160°C for 15 minutes. If you like, you can also make them with almonds or add chocolate chips. They’re simply delicious with coffee.
