Fried bacon with onions

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g bacon, streaky
  • 2 onions, not too small
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

a hearty and quick snack

Cut streaky bacon into thin strips. Peel the onions, halve them, and slice them crosswise into thin semicircles (or small cubes). Fry the bacon in oil until crispy. Finally, add the onions and sauté until translucent. Serve with dry bread and perhaps a green salad. The quantities can be adjusted as desired, depending on whether you want more onions or bacon.
