Ingredients
- 300 ml Milk
- 6 Pc. Egg yolk
- 2 Pc. Vanilla pod
- 100 g Chopped hazelnuts
- 3 tbsp Hazelnut liqueur
- 300 ml Whipped cream
- 250 g Sugar
Instructions
- Bring the milk with vanilla sticks and vanilla pulp to the boil. Beat the egg yolks with sugar over a water bath. Allow to cool and continue to beat in cold water until frothy and carefully fold in the hazelnuts. Then mix in the whipped cream. Pour the mixture into molds and let cool. Then put them in the freezer.
