Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter
  • 125 g powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 225 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 4 pinches of cinnamon
  • 50 hazelnuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 40 minutes

makes about 50 cookies

Cream the butter in a bowl until smooth. Beat with the powdered sugar and eggs until fluffy. Gradually knead in the ground hazelnuts, flour, salt, and cinnamon. Wrap in cling film and let rest in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Line a baking sheet with baking paper, form the dough into small balls, and place them on the sheet. Press a hazelnut into the center of each ball. Bake in a preheated oven on the middle rack at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
