Hazelnut Sticks

  • 1 packet Ground hazelnuts = 200 g
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 1 Protein
  • Sliced ​​almonds
  • 1 packet Whole milk couverture
  1. Knead the hazelnuts, sugar and egg white (do not beat) together and form small sticks out of them. Roll these in sliced ​​almonds and bake in the preheated oven at approx. 180 degrees for approx. 10-12 minutes. Let cool down. Melt the couverture in a water bath and dip briefly on one side.
