Hazelnut Sticks
The perfect hazelnut sticks recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 packet Ground hazelnuts = 200 g
- 80 g Sugar
- 1 Protein
- Sliced almonds
- 1 packet Whole milk couverture
- Knead the hazelnuts, sugar and egg white (do not beat) together and form small sticks out of them. Roll these in sliced almonds and bake in the preheated oven at approx. 180 degrees for approx. 10-12 minutes. Let cool down. Melt the couverture in a water bath and dip briefly on one side. Let dry and store in cans until eaten.
