Healing Chicken Soup HeiHü
The perfect healing chicken soup heihü recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Soup
- 1200 g Soup chicken
- 400 g Soup greens, celery, carrot, parsley
- 400 g Asparagus
- 400 g Cauliflower
- 10 g Salt
- 0,1 g Saffron
- 2 g Pepper
- 1 piece Bay leaf
- 3000 ml Water
Egg prick
- 6 piece Eggs
- 100 ml Cream
- 10 g Salt
- 1 g Pepper White
- 0,3 g Nutmeg or Macis
Pasta
- 200 g Soup noodles
Soup
- Clean the vegetables and chicken
- Boil the chicken and soup vegetables with the water
- Skim off the foam with a slotted spoon
- Remove the chicken and vegetables from the soup.
- Chop the vegetables, use the chicken + 350 ml stock for the next day’s chicken fry.
- Sliced vegetables with asparagus and Brussels sprouts back into the soup. Add spices.
Egg prick
- Whisk eggs with cream and spices. In a rectangular, tall bowl in the microwave for 3 minutes on the highest, then for 15-20 minutes on the lowest setting.
Pasta
- Cook soup noodles separately and add to soup before serving.
