Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tbsp oat flakes
  • 2 m.-sized banana(s)
  • 1 liter of milk, 1.5%
  • 2 tsp, heaped flaxseed
  • 2 tsp psyllium husks

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

good for digestion and as a meal replacement

First, peel the bananas and blend them in a tall bowl with a hand blender. When there are no more chunks, add the oats, flaxseed, and psyllium husks, and blend again (the flaxseed and psyllium husks won’t break down well, but that’s okay). Finally, add the milk and stir again with a hand blender. Pour into glasses and serve. You can also replace half the milk with water for an even lower calorie result.
