Healthy fish burger

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 rolls (toast rolls)
  • 4 fish fillets (pollock, redfish, etc.) 100 g each
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp mustard, mild
  • e.g. Dill, fresh, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Lightly toast the split buns. Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper, and lemon juice, cut them to the size of the buns, and fry them in a hot pan. Meanwhile, combine the olive oil, yogurt, mustard, and dill and spread them on the buns. Place the lettuce leaves on each bun half and thinly slice the tomatoes. Place the fried fish fillets on the lettuce leaves, arrange the tomato slices on the fish, and top the burger with the second bun half. This burger tastes great cold, too.
