Fried fish wrap

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of fried fish, frozen
  • 2 wraps
  • 2 leaves of romaine lettuce
  • 2 tbsp remoulade
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese or cheese to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Fry the fried fish in a non-stick pan until crispy and remove. Then spread half of the wrap with 1 tablespoon of ramekin. Place the lettuce leaf, fried fish, and a slice of cheese on top and fold the wrap closed from the sides. Fold the bottom half back. Return the wrap to the pan and fry briefly at a low temperature until it no longer falls apart. This makes it easier to eat out of the hand. Now place the wrap in the oven at 100°C fan for 5 minutes until the cheese melts slightly. Serve with a salad, or eat it straight from the hand.
