Healthy pancake without sugar

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 120 ml milk
  • 250 ml natural yogurt
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 6 g flavor powder (flavor bomb)
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Whisk the eggs into a light, foamy consistency. Mix the milk and natural yogurt. Gradually add the flour, baking powder, Flavor Bomb, milk-yogurt mix, and salt to the eggs, whisking continuously. Add a little more milk if the batter is too thick, but it should already be quite thick. Heat a pan over medium heat. Add about a teaspoon of oil at a time and fry the batter into pancakes one at a time. It’s extremely important! Use very little oil and cook slowly, i.e., over medium heat, not too hot. You can use more or less yogurt; more yogurt makes the pancakes really moist.
