Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 60 g ground oat flakes
- 1 tbsp chia seeds, ground
- 150 ml water
- ½ banana(s), mashed
- 1 some baking cocoa, optional
- some sweetener and cinnamon

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix all ingredients, except the cocoa powder, into a smooth and sticky mixture until the batter falls off the spoon with difficulty. Cook 2-3 small pancakes in a non-stick pan. Add the cocoa powder to the remaining batter and use it to cook the remaining pancakes. The pancakes taste particularly good with Nutella. You can either add it to the finished pancakes after baking, or you can add 1 tablespoon of batter to the pan during baking, followed by 1 teaspoon of Nutella, and then another tablespoon of batter, and cook the pancakes like this. I always make a few pancakes with and some without a Nutella core. But then the pancakes are obviously no longer vegan. But it also works wonderfully with vegan chocolate spreads!
