Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 130 g spelt flour
  • 4 g dry yeast
  • 2 g salt
  • some water
  • 3 tbsp low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 shot of milk
  • corn
  • Spinach, frozen
  • bell pepper(s)
  • zucchini
  • onion(s)
  • Salt
  • garlic powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Mix the flour with the yeast, salt, and enough water to form a dough that’s easy to knead. Let it rise in a warm place for about 1/2 hour. Meanwhile, chop the vegetables and thaw the spinach. Mix the low-fat quark with a splash of milk, a little salt, and garlic powder. Roll out the dough and spread the low-fat quark on top. Top with the vegetables and bake for about 15 minutes in a preheated oven at about 250 degrees Celsius. Tip: If you want to use fresh spinach, wait until later to add it to the pizza, as it might burn otherwise.
