Hearty mushroom pan

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g mushrooms, e.g. button mushrooms, chanterelles or oyster mushrooms
  • 100 g bacon, diced
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 tsp parsley
  • 1 pinch of caraway seeds
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • Flour
  • cream
  • 30 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

very quick and tasty

Finely chop the onion. Wash and quarter the mushrooms. Heat a pan with a little oil. Sauté the onion and bacon until translucent, then add the mushrooms and cook for about 10 minutes. Melt the butter in the pan with the mushrooms and add the parsley and caraway seeds. Season with salt and pepper. Finally, thicken the liquid in the pan with a little flour and cream. I serve this with baguette, flatbread, or bread with butter and caraway seeds.
