Hearty Pasta Casserole

The perfect hearty pasta casserole recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Pasta, cooked the day before
  • 200 ml Whipped cream
  • 200 g Gouda cheese
  • 150 g Cervelatwurst
  • 1 pole Leek
  • 140 g Corn
  • 3 Eggs
  • Some Milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg
  1. Grease a baking dish. Mix the cooked pasta with the chopped cervelatwurst, the corn and the cleaned and cut leek. Put in the baking dish. Now mix the eggs with the cream and a good dash of milk. Season the egg-cream mixture with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour over the pasta. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and bake the casserole at approx. 180 degrees for 15 minutes until golden yellow.
