Yellow Fried Kohlrabi Spaghetti with Tofu
The perfect yellow fried kohlrabi spaghetti with tofu recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Kohlrabi fresh
- 1 Fresh onion
- 150 g Tofu firm
- 1 Peppers yellow
- 1 bunch Chives
- 1 tsp Ground turmeric spice
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- 0,5 Lemons fresh
- Crumble the tofu with a fork, fry in a pan until golden, meanwhile finely chop the onion and add to it. Season with turmeric and continue to fry while stirring. Dice the paprika and add it.
- Peel the kohlrabi and cut into spaghetti with a spiral cutter. Pour into the pan, season with salt and steam with the lid closed.
- Chop the chives and squeeze the lemon. As soon as the kohlrabi is steamed (still crisp), pour the chives and lemon over it without adding any heat, season with salt and strong pepper and stir well.
