Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cup of natural yogurt (preferably probiotic)
  • 2 tsp beetroot juice from the jar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • some pepper, freshly ground
  • some garlic powder
  • some chili powder to taste
  • some herbs as needed (dry or fresh)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

this color is something special!!!!

The ingredients are blended together and can then be used as a salad dressing. I used this dressing for a salad made with arugula, red onions, and pickled beets.
