Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 cup of natural yogurt (preferably probiotic)
- 2 tsp beetroot juice from the jar
- 1 pinch of salt
- some pepper, freshly ground
- some garlic powder
- some chili powder to taste
- some herbs as needed (dry or fresh)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
this color is something special!!!!
The ingredients are blended together and can then be used as a salad dressing. I used this dressing for a salad made with arugula, red onions, and pickled beets.
