Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 250 g cornstarch
- 75 g flour
- 30 g cocoa powder
- 100 g hazelnuts
- 200 g cake icing, light
- 1 tsp cardamom, ground
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon

makes about 35 pieces
Place the softened butter in a deep bowl, add the powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, cornstarch, 1/3 of the flour, and the spices, and mix everything thoroughly with a hand mixer on the highest setting. Finally, add the remaining flour, knead the dough, and chill for about 30 minutes. Form the dough into rolls about 2 cm in diameter, cut each roll into slices about 1 cm thick. Top each slice with a hazelnut, gather the dough around it, and shape into balls. Place these on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. After baking, let the chocolate cool on a rack and then cover with icing.
