Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Quark
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 20 ml Strohrum
  • 1 Lemon untreated
  • 6 Eggs
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Dried apricots
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp Semolina
  • 1 tbsp Liquid butter

Instructions
 

  • First mix the quark, mascarpone, rum and lemon juice with a whisk until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well with the hand mixer.
  • Brush a cake tin with melted butter, sprinkle with granulated sugar, pour in the cake mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 150 ° C for 60 minutes until golden yellow.
