  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 20 ml Strohrum
  • 1 piece Lemon untreated
  • 6 piece Eggs
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Dried apricots
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp Semolina
  • 1 tbsp Liquid butter
  1. First mix the quark, mascarpone, rum and lemon juice with a whisk until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well with the hand mixer.
