Heavenly Pot Tart

- 500 g Quark
- 250 g Mascarpone
- 20 ml Strohrum
- 1 piece Lemon untreated
- 6 piece Eggs
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 tbsp Dried apricots
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp Semolina
- 1 tbsp Liquid butter
- First mix the quark, mascarpone, rum and lemon juice with a whisk until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well with the hand mixer.
- Brush a cake tin with melted butter, sprinkle with granulated sugar, pour in the cake mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 150 ° C for 60 minutes until golden yellow.
