Heimi’s Cream Cheese Cake

- 300 g Biscuit crumbs
- 100 g Butter
- Cream
- 400 g Cream cheese
- 6 tbsp Sugar
- 4 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 bag Lemon jelly
- 1 Pot Hot water
- 1 Lemon
- 4 a cup Cream
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- Aside FROM THAT
- 1 Can Fruit cocktail
- 1 White cake topping
- Knead the biscuit crumbs and butter together and press into a 28 mm cake ring. Dissolve the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon and jelly in hot water, stir everything together, whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Place on the biscuit crumbs and stiffen for 3 hours. Then pour the fruit cocktail on the stiff cream cheese cream, pour the cake icing over it and cool again
