Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 shallots
- 250 g quark (low-fat quark), drained
- 200 g crème fraîche
- ½ tsp herbal salt
- 1 tsp parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp dill, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel and finely chop the shallots. Thoroughly mix the quark with the shallots and herbs. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes. Tastes delicious on fresh farmhouse bread, with radishes, or with boiled potatoes.
