Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g cream cheese, preferably cream cheese
- 6 tbsp mineral water
- 2 cloves garlic, or more
- some lemon juice
- 1 pinch(s) sweet paprika powder
- salt and pepper
- Parsley, basil, chives and dill
- 1 box of cress
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 10 minutes
Mix the cream cheese with the mineral water. Add a little lemon juice and the squeezed garlic. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Finely chop the herbs, trim the cress, and fold in. Mix everything thoroughly and let it sit for a day, ideally. Delicious with grilled food, but also on bread or with vegetables.
