Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 ml pineapple juice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
for pan and wok
Mix all ingredients well until dissolved. Then pour over the previously sautéed vegetables/meat or similar and bring to a boil until the sauce thickens. Tastes just like in Asia.
