Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 700 g flour
- 200 g herb cream cheese
- 42 g yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 250 ml water, maybe a little more
- Caraway seeds, for sprinkling
- Milk, for brushing
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
For 3 breadsticks
Knead the ingredients into a smooth yeast dough, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 35 minutes. Cut the dough into 3 equal pieces and shape into logs. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover and let rise for another 15-20 minutes. Brush with milk and sprinkle with caraway seeds. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for about 30 minutes.
