Herb curd with boiled potatoes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g potatoes
  • 250 g quark, low-fat
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • some milk
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

can also be used as a dip

Boil the potatoes with their skins on and peel them. Finely chop the onions, garlic, parsley, and chives. Now place everything in a bowl, add the quark and a little milk (until it’s not too thick), and season to taste. Stir well and serve with the hot potatoes. The herb quark also makes a great dip with raw vegetables.
