Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 tbsp linseed oil
  • 3 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (fruit vinegar)
  • 3 tbsp vegetable broth
  • some herbal salt
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • ½ tsp honey
  • n. B. herbs, e.g. dill, cress, chervil, tarragon
  • possibly cucumber(s), sour

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

very tasty with fresh food

Mix all ingredients together. If you like, you can add small pieces of pickled cucumber. With sour cream, it becomes a thicker mixture, more suitable as a dip. With sour cream, it’s more of a herb sauce. It can be eaten with fresh vegetables like cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes, carrots, but also salad, etc.
