Hexhex Burger

The perfect hexhex burger recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Fresh beef meat
  • 2 Pc. Rolls
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Onion cut into rings
  • Lots of lettuce leaves
  • Salt, pepper, mustard
  • 3 Garlic cloves pressed
  • Curry chilli ketchup
  1. Mix minced beef with garlic, salt, pepper and mustard and form 2 loaves. Wash the lettuce leaves and drain on the side. Heat some oil in a pan and sear the patties on both sides, put 2 slices of cheese on a plate and put them in the oven. Only top heat and only until the cheese has melted. Halve the rolls and fry them briefly in the pan, and briefly roast the onion rings in the pan. The top and bottom of the roll are now coated with curry chilli ketchup and topped with onion rings. Spread the lettuce leaves on the lid and base and finally place the patties on the base. Put the lid on and take a bite!
