  • 500 Milliliters Buttermilk
  • 500 g Sugar

preparation

  1. Put the buttermilk and sugar in a saucepan, stir well and bring to a boil.
  2. Stir well with a whisk in between
  3. After about half an hour, the mass will slowly become thicker
  4. After a while, the mass will take on the honey color.
  5. After about 3/4 to 1 hour, the mass is viscous
  6. Now you can transfer them into a vessel or, for example, into a honey jar
  7. After cooling down, you can enjoy this homemade milk honey
