Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 150 g banana(s)
  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 60 g protein powder Carrot Cake (alternatively vanilla)
  • 60 g carrot(s)
  • 200 ml milk, low-fat
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • n. B. Flavor powder, e.g. Carrot Cake (alternatively honey)
  • 20 g walnuts
  • 20 g raisins
  • 200 g cream cheese (Exquisa Fitline 0.2%)
  • 50 g Skyr
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • n. B. Sweetener (alternatively honey)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Finely grate the carrot and chop the walnuts into small pieces. Mash the bananas with a fork and mix with all the other batter ingredients. Pour the batter into a baking dish and bake for 35 minutes at 180°C (350°F). Mix together all the frosting ingredients and then spread on the mostly cooled carrot cake. Garnish with chopped walnuts and a drizzle of honey, if desired. Nutritional information per serving (without toppings): 384 calories | 47 g carbohydrates | 33 g protein | 7 g fat
