Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 500 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 125 g butter or lard
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp clove(s), ground
  • 100 g ground almonds
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Beat the butter and sugar thoroughly, gradually add the eggs, sift in the flour and baking powder, and stir in. Add all the remaining ingredients (except the egg yolk and condensed milk) and mix. Form the dough into small loaves. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180-190 degrees Celsius. After baking, mix one egg yolk with the canned milk and brush the loaves with it.
